holy holy jesus. a commercial for the next "dr. 90210" (a reality tv show that follows some plastic surgeons) showed a girl who was "addicted to plastic surgery". She'd had every surgery from top to bottom, and appeared to have quite a good time getting them. Of course she was hideous. But the best part was at the end when she said "so... I have this diamond ring, and i thought the next best thing to do would be take the diamond and put it directly into my wrist".
